Panda's 21st Birthday

You are probably wondering who Panda is??? If you read on in my blog you will see, but it is my younger sister Amanda. Since we were little I have called her Manda Panda. I have already posted this picture but I will again, for the fun of it...Plus I made it fun with my new love Photoshop Elements!!! Anyways we are taking her out to a Casino tonight! Not too fond of Casinos but It is where she wants to go. I will post pictures and details soon!

I started!!! YAY!

I started my period today! You may be thinking are you crazy lady!?!?!

Yes I probably am. I have a condition called PCOS! I only have periods about once every 3 to 6 months.

PCOS is:
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) – A genetically-linked hormonal imbalance that prevents ovulation. PCOS also may cause overproduction of estrogen, abnormal thickening of the uterine lining, very heavy and/or irregular periods, as well as acne and facial hair. The latter are caused by an overproduction of male hormones, including testosterone.

I feel great after I have a period. I am less bloated and just feel mentally great. Now before and during my cycle it is awful. But I know it is worth it in the end.

Lens.com! Whatever you do dont ever buy your contacts here. Not only did I get a bad batch of contacts from this place but when I tried to get the box replaced they sent me round and round in circles.

They never even verified the prescription with my Optician. When I called them letting them know that I was having problems with these lenses ripping in half, not fitting my eyes, and becoming foggy within 10 minutes of wearing them they told me that they needed to verify the prescription first, and that they would email me with a confirmation that they could replace them. I have been wearing this brand for 2 years and have never had problems like this.

So I waited and waited...called them a few times and they said we will be sending you an email...blah blah blah.

Finally I decided that I was pissed off enough to call because I cant fricken see anything.

The lady tells me after putting me on hold for 10 minutes..."we can not send out a replacement box out if we dont have all of the lenses returned to us". Which is not what they had told me A MONTH AGO! Grrr!

I told her "thanks for wasting my time and sight, just forget about me being a return customer or ever recommending you to anyone!"

VENTING!!! Ahhh I feel better!

Anyways, Dont shop there! You truly get what you pay for!

Random Photos!

Geez! It has been a while since I have posted! I have been a little under the weather.

Good news is that I finally got my prescription which I SWEAR helps my PCOS! I hate taking meds to feel better, but when you have PCOS anything is worth a try. My hormones have been so out of wack since I have had PCOS, I just want to feel better. But again back on the same road I have always been on with it...waiting because we dont have insurance anymore since Adam (hubby) has been laid off. We have both been looking for jobs but like the housing market, the job market sucks too! I miss my job at Invisible Fence. I miss my house in Virginia too.

ANYWAYS, enough complaining***

I have been learning how to do things in PhotoShop Elements 7.0! Thanks Amanda (My sister, the Panda) for letting me download it!Speaking of Panda...Look at this Sweatshirt my Mom, Haley, & I found at Goodwill. HA, you should have seen the look on her face. I wonder why I have not seen her wear it. I guess if she is ever invited to a Ugly Sweater party then she is all set. I would like to see that one!

Okay so these are my neices...One Sunday a month we celebrate birthdays at my MIL's house (our temporary living quarters) and Lily(Left) & Kaily(Right) got into Anns(MIL) makeup and put lipstick on. They were being silly...but they had a blast.

Okay...so on Bday Sunday I let the girls play in my craft area...They pretty much painted every table surface possible with paint. Good thing it was washable. But it was all worth it! Look at this BEAUTIFUL poster they made me. They each made pages and put them all together. The look on their faces was too cute when they were Soooooo excited to give it to me. I hung it up in my craft area. I love it. I save everything too, another one of my traits from Mommy Dearest ;)

So today is Sunday 7:50 am, I need to go get ready for Church!

Whistle While you Work

Okay so one of my biggest pet peeves is Adam my dearest hubby doing laundry...Because this is how it ends up in the closet. I just had to share this with you. I was putting laundry away last night and came across this...

I think I am so obsessive about the way that clothes are hung up (nice, neat, facing the same way, color and type coordinated) is because of my Mommy Dearest. LOL! She is the same...compulsive.

On Friday I took Lily with me to my moms house to play with Haley! They had so much fun!
We ended up staying overnight. In the morning we woke up and Lily and Mitchell played Pretty Pretty Princess. I am suprised he put all the jewelery on. He didnt like the earings though! How cute are these pictures?
